CNH Return Policy

Returns Policy
Our returns policy lasts 14 days from delivery. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Preparing your products for a return
To ensure your request is processed as quickly as possible you are responsible for the following when returning your products;

  1. package your products safely and securely for protection during transit;
  2. clearly mark your return reference number on the outside of the parcel; and
  3. include all accessories and parts that were sold with the product.

Failure to adhere to any of these requirements could delay the processing of your request or result in its decline altogether.

If any alterations are made which is not endorsed by CASE IH, we can unfortunately not exchange or refund any products whatsoever.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, log your return and await further instructions.

Shipping
Once instructed to return your product, you should courier/deliver your product to C/o Rietfontein & Sixth Street, Boksburg North, Gauteng, 1459, South Africa.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless it is defective or damaged and within 14 days after purchase.. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over R100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and an EFT will be made to the bank account of your choosing within a reasonable amount of days.

Please allow up to 7 working days for your refund.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
